All the projects carried out by us will be carefully documented to give the client an adequate functional and technical overall idea of the way the solution we have provided works. We always take the cost-effectiveness of maintenance into consideration in the documentation. We also take care of the fact that the source code delivered to the client is unambiguous and clearly documented.
Fixed project
We offer the assessment work pertaining to the offer stage and the initial planning stage to our clients without any charge. We always want to make sure that the client buys the appropriate solutions and understands what the price includes. This mode of operation requires the client to be able to specify what they wish to have.
Two-phase project
In a case where the client finds it hard to define what they wish to have, the most appropriate operating mode is to execute the project in two phases. The first phase consists of the definition phase where we prepare a cost estimate for the client. Principally, we carry out the defining work according to the client’s wishes. We charge for the first phase by hourly rate. Based on the specifications, we can make the client an offer for the implementation of the project for a fixed price.
Flexible or small-scale project
If a project or an assignment is difficult to define by its format, we always try to give the client an estimate of the costs of completing that particular task. Nevertheless, we charge our clients by hourly rate with the accuracy of a quarter hour. We always give our clients specification of the work carried out itemized in detail.
