1. Definitions
* The Product means the product and version stated above in the form.
* The Customer means the individual or entity that has an intention to use the Product.
* The Supplier means Oy Slotte Consulting Ab, a company incorporated under the laws of Finland, having its registered office at Lemminkäisenkatu 50, Turku, and with company VAT number FI20922467.
2. License Fee
A one-time fee paid by the Customer for an amount of Euros stated on this web page. The fee is non-refundable and payable on acceptance of the terms and conditions. Value Added Taxes (VAT) is charged according to Finnish and European Community tax laws and regulations.
3. Grant of License
The Customer gets a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable license to use the Product. The license entitles the Customer to deploy a single instance of the product on one (1) JIRA installation that is in productive use. Deployment for testing purposes is unlimited.
4. No Warranty
The Product is provided on and "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or guarantees.
5. Supplier Obligations
The Supplier will provide basic technical support by e-mail for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. By technical support means issues with setup, configurations and eventual malfunctions with the Product. Patch upgrades will be delivered during the support period.
6. Restrictions
The customer may not reverse engineer, sell or redistribute the Product.
