During the past year we have redesigned our service range into more logical way. One of the focus points was to create a portal that works as a single access point for our customers. The new portal is called e-tuki Support Center and can be found on the Internet at address www.e-tuki.fi.
The portal is meant to provide technical support for our customers and partners. One of the main benefits of the portal is that you get an easy way to trace and track support requests. Other modules included in the portal are knowledgebase, news announcements, troubleshooter and downloadable files library. We continually develop the portal and add more features that make interaction with customers smooth.
