We have released a proxy solution that makes HTTP gateway integrations work more fluently. The new solution is called HTTP Gateway Proxy, a solution where the service product e-teho Integration is applied.
HTTP gateway proxy is a server-side Java (Java EE) -based non-transparent intercepting web proxy. The main function of the proxy is to act as a controlled proxy between the client and a web service (gateway) based on the hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP). The non-transparency hides the real gateway that is used as the back-end. The intercepting function works as a security guard to only allow specific requests to pass by.
At the same we have changed the name of the "Tools and Utilities" section to "Solutions and Utilities" which better describes its purpose.
Now we are releasing the last four service products to make the concept more complete with the total of ten service products: e-tuki User, e-tuki Control, e-teho Auditing and e-teho Advisor.
We have released version 1.2 of the Worklog Sheet plug-in for JIRA. In this release we have focused mostly on usability improvements and smaller tweaks.
